WHY BUY DIRECT FROM BRAZIL
Straight From the Source
Minas Gerais, Bahia and Goiás produce the amethyst, quartz, citrine and tourmaline that fill galleries and private collections worldwide. Most of it passes through three or four hands before it reaches a shop abroad — and the price climbs at every stop.
Buying from us means buying at the origin. You get first selection, direct pricing, and full provenance on every piece.
CARRIERS & INSURANCE
Premium Carriers. Every Shipment Insured.
We ship exclusively through DHL Express, FedEx International and UPS Worldwide — the three carriers with the strongest track record for fragile, high-value cargo out of Brazil.
Every single shipment leaves our facility with full transit insurance covering the declared value of your pieces, from our door to yours. You receive a tracking number the moment your parcel is collected.
You choose the carrier. We quote all three so you can compare transit time and cost side by side.
PACKAGING
Packed to Survive the Journey
A cracked point or a chipped druze is a total loss — so we treat packing as part of the product, not an afterthought.
Every piece is individually wrapped, immobilized, and double-boxed with dedicated shock-absorbing material. Heavier specimens and geodes are custom-crated. Cavities are filled so nothing shifts in transit, and every box is sealed and labeled to international export standards.
Our packing is built for a 10,000-kilometer journey with multiple handling points — because that's exactly what it is.
DUTIES & TAXES
Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes
We want zero surprises, so here it is plainly:
Shipping is paid by the customer. We quote it exactly, with no markup games — you see the carrier rate and choose.
All orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and any local charges are not included in the product price or the freight quote. They are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, payable on arrival directly to the carrier.
Rates vary widely by country. Before you order, we recommend a quick check of your country's import thresholds for mineral specimens and decorative stone — our team can point you to the right tariff code (HS 7103 / 2506 / 7116, depending on the piece) so you can estimate the cost in advance.
We declare every shipment at its true commercial value. Under-declaring is illegal, voids your insurance coverage, and puts your parcel at risk of seizure — we don't do it, under any circumstances.
LICENSED EXPORTER
A Legal, Documented Export — Every Time
Brazil regulates the export of minerals and gemstones. We are formally licensed and registered with the competent Brazilian authorities to export, and every shipment travels with complete commercial and customs documentation.
For you, that means three things: your parcel clears Brazilian customs without delays, it arrives with the paperwork your own customs authority expects, and you have legitimate provenance documentation for your collection or resale.
PAYMENT
Secure International Payment
International orders are paid via PayPal, which lets you pay in your local currency and, in most countries, with a credit or debit card even without a PayPal account.
You receive an itemized invoice showing the pieces, the freight cost and the insurance before you pay anything. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Why do I have to order through WhatsApp?
Because international freight for fragile, heavy, high-value goods can't be estimated by an automatic checkout calculator without either overcharging you or underquoting us.
